These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Blinkk.me (the "Service"), a platform that lets you create a public page listing your links, with AI-powered features to help visitors find what they're looking for. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who operates Blinkk.me

Blinkk.me is currently operated by an individual founder, not yet a registered company. If a business entity is formed in the future, this section will be updated with full legal details. You can reach us at hello@blinkk.me for any question about these Terms.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use Blinkk.me. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.

3. Your content and links

You're solely responsible for the links, bio, images, and any other content you add to your Blinkk.me page. You agree not to use the Service to share content that is illegal, infringes on someone else's rights, or links to malicious, deceptive, or harmful destinations (such as malware, phishing, or scams).

We don't actively review or moderate links before they go live. We reserve the right to suspend or remove any account or page that violates these Terms or applicable law, with or without notice.

You retain ownership of the content you add. By using the Service, you grant us the right to host, store, and display that content as needed to operate Blinkk.me (for example, showing your public page to visitors, or generating a social media preview image).

4. AI features

Some features use artificial intelligence (via a third-party AI provider) to answer visitor questions, suggest content, or analyze visitor activity. AI-generated suggestions and answers may sometimes be inaccurate or incomplete — you're responsible for reviewing anything AI-generated (bios, descriptions, titles, captions) before relying on or publishing it.

5. Free and paid plans

Blinkk.me offers a free plan with limited features, and a paid "Premium" plan billed monthly or annually through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices are shown on our Pricing page and may change with reasonable notice.

Starting a Premium subscription requires a payment card and includes a 30-day free trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your card is automatically charged and your subscription continues at the price shown at signup. We'll email you a reminder before the trial ends. You can cancel anytime — during the trial or after — from your dashboard's subscription management page; if you cancel, your Premium access continues until the end of the current trial or billing period, and we don't provide refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, and we may discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) with reasonable notice where possible.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that Blinkk.me will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI features will produce accurate results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blinkk.me is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll post the updated Terms here with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use Blinkk.me after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
