Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Blinkk.me ("we", "us") collects, why, and how you can control it. Blinkk.me is currently operated by an individual founder rather than a registered company; this policy will be updated with full legal entity details if that changes. For any question, contact us at hello@blinkk.me.

1. What data we collect

2. How we use your data

We use this data to:

We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

3. Who we share data with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run Blinkk.me, each of which only receives the data it needs to do its job:

Some of these providers are based outside the European Union (notably in the United States). Where that's the case, they rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards recognized under GDPR to protect your data.

4. Cookies

We use a strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in (managed by our authentication provider) — this one doesn't require consent, since the site can't work without it.

We also offer one optional cookie that records which site referred you to Blinkk.me before you sign up, so we can understand where our visitors come from. Where consent is legally required for this kind of cookie, it's only set if you accept it in the cookie banner, and you can decline it at any time — declining doesn't affect your ability to use the site. We don't use advertising cookies, and we don't run third-party analytics on Blinkk.me.

Separately, we count page views and an approximate number of daily visitors without using any cookie at all: each visit is assigned a one-way, anonymized code that changes every day, so it can't be used to recognize or track you across days. This doesn't require consent, since nothing is stored on your device.

5. Data retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we'll delete your personal data within a reasonable time, except where we're required to keep certain records (for example, billing records) for legal or accounting purposes.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@blinkk.me. If you're in the EU and believe we haven't addressed your concern, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. Children's privacy

Blinkk.me isn't intended for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll post the update here with a new "Last updated" date.
